Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Buyer’s satisfaction is our prime motto. We take care to check each and every item before packing and shipping them to you, so that you don’t have to worry about anything.

Several types of goods are exempt from being refund (money).  Such as Mask, Jewelry Raw-materials, Combo offer items, Paddy Jewelry, Terracotta Jewelry, Patachitra painted T-shirts, Free gift item (if any), Dokra jewelry, Fashion Jewelry etc. You will get only exchange the same item. (if the item/items is/are available.) No money will be refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the order has not been dispatched, it can be cancelled, and we will refund the total amount. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 3-15 working days after initiating the refund. However, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

     In order to cancel your order, simply inform us with your order number at help@hastamart.com or WhatsApp to  us. 

Returns 

  1. No returns/exchange except in case of damaged product received.

Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at help@hastamartcom or WhatsApp us  , within 48 hours of the products received. You are required to be provide the following details :–

  • Make unboxing video before opening the parcel. To raise a damaged, defective, incomplete order or a wrong product claim, it is mandatory to share the unboxing video over email, without which we will not be able to return/exchange. If your products arrive damaged or missing, you must email us an unboxing video right from opening the outer carton till it shows the damaged products, within 3 days of receiving your order. The decision of accepting return/exchange claim will be at  unilateral decision of hastamart.com Team. (A unit of Maa Enterprise)
  • Pictures of package received 
  • Pictures of the damage products received.
  1. In case of damaged/ missing product, raise a return or replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery
  2. Give us 1-2 working day to review your request.
  3. After reviewing your return request, as per the issue, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you. In case for reverse pick up if the service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.  
  4. After your product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability. 

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the parcel to the delivery person.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or tear tag or used or tag seal is open or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or via phone to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/Discount items or combo offer items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@hastamart.com and send your item to our official address.

Gifts

Free Gifts item (if any) will not be refund or exchange.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our official address .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning  items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
